1.Getting started
- Go to gen-ai-studio.com and choose Get started free.
- Continue with Google, or create an account with your email and a password. Email accounts confirm their address first: open the link we email you, then sign in.
- You start with $2.00 of credit. Claude Fable, GPT Sol and Gemini Pro are picked for you. Type a question and send it.
- The answers appear side by side. Choose 1, 2 or 3 columns, and use Continue in chat on the answer you like to keep talking with that model.
What can I make besides text answers?
Switch the output mode in the composer to make images, short video clips or audio (text to speech with 129 built-in voices), or to talk with a live voice agent. Any answer can also be read aloud.
Can I attach files?
Yes: up to 5 files of up to 20 MB each. Images, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files all work. Attachments aren’t available in Agents or Video mode.
Where are my old questions?
Open the history sidebar. You can search everything you asked before, and filter by media. Saved prompts, with their version history, are in the prompt library.
Can I install it like an app?
GenAI Studio runs in your browser on any computer, tablet or phone, so there is nothing to install. Bookmark gen-ai-studio.com, or use your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” or “Install” option if it offers one.
2.Signing in
On the web you can sign in with Google or with your email and a password. Use the same method on the web and in the iPhone app and you’ll see the same account, history and credit.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and choose Forgot password?. We email you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
I didn’t get the confirmation email
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn’t there, try signing in with your email and password: the sign-in screen offers to send the confirmation email again. Email accounts can’t be used until the address is confirmed.
I signed up with Sign in with Apple on an iPhone
The web has no Sign in with Apple. Email us from the address on the account (or tell us your Apple “Hide My Email” address) and we’ll help you sign in on the web with Google or with your email.
The Google window closed or nothing happened
Google sign-in opens in a pop-up window. If your browser blocked it, allow pop-ups for gen-ai-studio.com and try again. Closing the window without choosing an account simply cancels the sign-in.
How do I sign out?
Open Settings and choose Sign out.
3.Credit and top-ups
The web is pay-per-use, with no subscription. New accounts start with $2.00 of credit, and credit never expires.

How do I add credit?
Open Settings › Account and choose Reload Balance. You pay $5.00 on Stripe’s secure checkout page, and the credit is added to your balance. It is a one-time payment that never renews. We never see your card number.
Why did the app ask me to top up?
When your balance is about 9¢ or less, GenAI Studio asks you to add credit before it makes anything new. Your history and settings stay as they are.
Is my credit shared with the iPhone app?
Yes. The same balance works on the web and in the iPhone app, and it never expires. The iPhone app also needs its own subscription (GenAI Studio Monthly, $1.00 a month with a one-week free trial for new subscribers), bought through Apple.
I was charged twice or by mistake
Email us from the address you sign in with, with the date and amount of the charge, and we will correct it.
4.Models
Pick as many models as you like for a question. Each one answers at the same time, with its own thinking level, and every model can search the web. Add the same provider twice to compare two of its models.

Providers update their models from time to time, so the list in the app can change. You use these models through GenAI Studio, not through the providers’ own consumer plans.
5.Dictation and voice agents
How do I dictate?
Press the microphone button in the prompt box and speak. Your browser asks for microphone permission the first time. The default engine is ElevenLabs Scribe v2; you can switch to Gemini, GPT or Microsoft MAI in Settings, add custom vocabulary for names and terms, and look back through your dictation history. Dictation uses no credit.
Can I transcribe a recording?
Yes. Attach an audio file (m4a, mp3, wav, mp4, webm, ogg, flac and similar, up to 32 MB) and its text appears in the prompt box.
How do live voice agents work?
Switch the composer to Agents, pick GPT Live, Gemini Live or Grok Live, and talk. The agent can search the web for anything current. A call ends by itself after 60 seconds of silence. Voice agents use no credit but need a balance above 9¢.
The microphone doesn’t work
Check that your browser has microphone permission for gen-ai-studio.com (the icon at the left of the address bar), that the right microphone is chosen in your computer’s sound settings, and that no other app is using it. Then reload the page.
6.iPhone and iPad
GenAI Studio for iPhone and iPad is coming soon to the App Store. You can try the beta today with Apple’s TestFlight app.
GenAI Studio for iPhone and iPad is on the App Store. The TestFlight beta is still open if you want to try new versions early.
- On your iPhone or iPad (iOS 17 or later), open the public TestFlight link.
- Install Apple’s free TestFlight app if you are asked to, then accept the invitation.
- Open GenAI Studio and sign in. Use the same account as on the web to keep your history and credit.
On a Mac with Apple silicon, the app runs as the iPad app. The iPhone app needs the GenAI Studio Monthly subscription ($1.00 a month, with a one-week free trial for new subscribers), and its own help page is at genai-studio-app.web.app/support.
7.Android
We are building GenAI Studio for Android. There is no Android app yet, and no date. Until then, the web app works in your phone’s browser.
This opens an email to us. Add the Google account email you use on your Android phone, and we’ll tell you when the app is ready.
8.Your data and deletion
When you use a feature, your prompt and attachments go to that feature’s AI provider so it can answer. Your history and files are saved to your account, and we keep a log of every prompt and answer with your account email. The Privacy Policy explains all of it, provider by provider.
How do I delete my account?
Email sharathck3@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my GenAI Studio account”. We delete your account, history, saved prompts, files and request-log entries, and email you when it’s done. Remaining credit is lost. See what we delete and what stays.
The iPhone app has its own delete button. Deleting your account there removes the account and its history, but not our request log or every file you created; email us and we’ll remove those too.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email us from your sign-in address.
Does deleting a question erase it?
Deleting a question in the app moves it to an archive in your account. It stays there, and in our request log, until your account is deleted.
